Aquatic Touch

This three-day, 20-hour course (2 CEUs) introduces attendees to the Lullaby Waters AIR Framework, showcasing how the water and therapeutic touch – combined with specific movement patterns – can help relax the nervous system, release tension, restore neutral and improve daily life.

The AIR Framework

Aquatic Principles (A) | The water holds, supports and guides.
Introception (I) | Awareness brings release of tension.
Regulation (R) | Nervous system resets, body finds neutral.

Aquatic Touch attendees will learn foundational principles in a classroom setting, then turn knowledge into skills with hands-on practice in the pools of Lullaby Waters. Upon completion of Aquatic Touch, therapists will have extensive practice that they can incorporate into their therapy sessions.

Students must take Aquatic Touch prior to taking courses specializing in specific populations (pregnancy, babies, etc.), as the foundational principles learned in Aquatic Touch will be built upon in later courses.
